Always draw to scale 1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:50 - Detailed drawings, show construction. 1:100, 1:200 - Shows material. 1:500, 1:1250, 1:2500 - Shows mass. When working with your drawings it is important to zoom in and out using scale. This will allow you to show what is important in your design. The scale at which you draw effects the level of detail you draw. NOTE: Diagrams and Sketches do not need scales.
